Lessons can be booked via the Tutor Diane website from a choice of available dates and time slots.

Clients can book one single lesson at a time, or a series of sessions if they wish.

Students do not have to commit to lessons at the same time each week if they do not want to.

Clients can book a lesson in any of the available time slots on the calendar.

Clients will receive an email confirmation of their booking, including a link to join the remote classroom at the allocated time.

Clients will also receive an email 4 hours before the start of the lesson time with a reminder of the details.

Payment is made at the time of booking.

Once a time slot is booked, clients will be directed to a secure payment page.

Secure payment is made via debit or credit card using Stripe. Further information can be found here: www.stripe.com

No payment is required for the free taster sessions.

If students need to reschedule a lesson, clients will not be charged again for a new time. The original payment will still cover the newly allocated time slot.

Clients can change their booking up to 24 hours in advance of their allocated time slot by using the link in the conformation email, and then choosing a new slot from the online calendar. No charge will be made for doing this.

If clients need to change a booking less than 24 hours before their allocated time slot, they will need to complete the Contact Form on the Tutor Diane website. Tutor Diane will then help to rearrange a new time slot.

Lessons can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance of a lesson.

If it is not possible to reschedule to a new time, then a full refund will be given.

If clients need to cancel less than 24 hours before the lesson, they will need to complete the Contact Form on the Tutor Diane website.

Refunds are not normally given for cancellations less than 24 hours before a lesson unless there are exceptional circumstances. However, a lesson can be rescheduled at no extra cost.

No promise can be made about the grading level that a student will attain under exam conditions following tutoring from the Tutor Diane website.

Exam preparation classes can only ever offer an explanation of how marks have been allocated in the past to achieve a particular grading level.

These marking parameters change every year after the exams have been sat and are regulated by external sources.

Tutor Diane cannot be held accountable for the final exam result of the student.
